Iss Pyaar Ko Kya Naam Doon 29th August 2012 WrittenUpdates 

Episode begins with yesterday's scene with Arnav telling that Shyam will never come to the house. Dadi and Arnav have an intense eye - lock. Nani requests Arnav not to start again as the Baby Shower function is going on. Arnav calms down. Arnav tells he has got something to talk to Dadi, she agrees. Arnav hand overs Di's medicine to Payal and asks her to give it to Di.


Dadi, Arnav and Nani leaves. Garima thinks to talk to Dadi alone. She escapes from the group.


In the Hall
Arnav asks Dadi what is she trying to do. Dadi tells its Baby shower function and its important for Shyam to be here. Garima is searching for Dadi and she over hears their conversation by hiding behind a pillar. Arnav sternly replies that he doesnt want Shyam in the house. Nani tries to calm them down. But they are in no mood to listen Nani. Dadi blabbers saying that Shyam is Di's husband and father of the child, she also tells that its important for him to be here as Shyam is Anjali's soul mate. Arnav is furiosly raging, he replies that he dont want Shyam in the house as he is such a worst person. Dadi tells Arnav has got a mis understanding. Nani again waves a white flag but in vain. Arnav requests Dadi to try and understand, (pain clearly visible in his eyes and voice) it took long time for them to get over the past. Arnav watches Di and tells that Anjali is happy. He asks Dadi to forget the past and move forward as the past  brings only pain. The truth is that he is becoming Mama, Di - Ma and he is getting married. But Dadi is not in a mood to listen to him.She is still in the same opinion of hers, she tells she will bring Shyam to the house ! Garima is listening this. Nani requests them to stop fighting and to discuss it later. Dadi leaves, Garima hides while leaving. Arnav tells Nani that he just want to forget their dreadful past, Nani supports him and consoles him. She asks him to smile.. They both go near Anjali.


Garima is having tears watching this. She thinks * They wants to forget the past things and is happy. I cant snatch these happiness from them*


Outside
Watchman is checking the workers, their IDs. Shyam is tensed as how can he get into the house now and its all done by Arnav. He is depressed, he then sees a Music group. They are waiting for one among them, Shyam takes him away and gets disguised as one of them and goes inside RM.


In the evening.
Mami asks Payal to prepare for Mehendi function...
Anjali’s function is almost done and they are getting ready for Khushi’s mehendi’s function. Shyam enters Raizada house with other performers. While everyone is busy talking with each other, Shyam quietly goes upstairs. Nani says, this time boys are allowed in mehendi’s rasham. Arnav and his brothers go to attend function. Shyam comes to Anjali’s room and opens box that he had hide before. He takes out gloves and pieces of glasses. He spreads all those pieces around room’s entry door.

Garima sees Dadi and hides herself. Buaji asks Garima where are you going? and takes her back to function.

Mehendi’s function begins now.

Anjali is sitting alone and Shyam goes to her. He puts a gift on sofa and starts walking. Anjali stops him.

But he doesn’t stop and leaves from there. Anjali opens it and sees an expensive gift. Shyam turns back and Anjali figures it out it’s Shyam. She smiles and is very happy.

Lady, who is doing mehendi on Khushi’s hand, asks her what is the first letter of her future husband. Before she says anything, Arnav comes there and says “LG”. Khushi asks LG? Arnav says, Laad Governor. Khsuhi then says, NO don’t listen him.. write “A”. Arnav then reminds her, she put A in her hand before as well saying A comes in her surname. Khushi smiles and they both say we did this rasham before as well.

Episode ends with Arnav and Khushi looking at each other and smiling.

28/8/2012 episode written updates 

Shyam, in disguise of a handyman, does something with the electrical wires of the RM.
Inside the house, NK spots a wire and asks Arnav about it who seems least interested but takes a look anyway. Shyam sees Arnav and NK inspecting the wire and realises that this will lead them to the spycam. He quietly climbs up the ladder and cuts the wire so that Arnav and NK can't reach it.
At GH, Garima seems distracted and Madhumati sympathises thinking she is worried about Arnav's Dadi. It is revealed that Payal is not Garima's biological daughter either. She is Shashi's first wife's daughter who had passed away leaving the family broken. Madhumati tells her she deserves happiness for accepting Shashi and Payal in that condition. Garima hugs Madhumati and thinks that she can do anything for her daughters' happiness and is ready to beg Dadi for forgiveness.
Shyam is busy messing with the wiring while listening to Arnav giving some instructions to the other handymen. He notices that Shyam isn't where he was standing and enquires about 'the man'. He looks around for him and Shyam reaches Anjali's room. He puts something under her bed and leaves before Arnav can come in. Anjali comes out of the bathroom and sees Arnav in her room. He asks if she had called anyone for any work and she refuses. Arnav calls someone up and asks them to check all the workers' company IDs. He enquires about Anjali's health and leaves. Anjali tells her baby that she wishes that his/her father was there for the godhbharai too.
The Rs welcome the Gs. While Payal greets everyone, Khushi looks around for someone. Madhumati asks Payal about Dadi since she wants to meet Garima. Manorma says finally the much-awaited moment has arrivedTongue
Arnav and NK are going somewhere when Arnav spots Khushi and they both share a Rabba Ve eyelock. NK asks Arnav how he knew Khushi has come and Khushi answers for him that they know just like that. Arnav points to Khushi's face and she wonders if something is wrong but he is only teasing her. Khushi asks Payal if something is wrong with her face and Payal assures her she is looking beautiful.
Manorma and Nani take Garima and Madhumati inside. Garima follows Manorma to meet Dadi. She is visibly nervous to spot Dadi who is helping Anjali. Before they can reach her, Dadi leaves for some work. Payal tells Garima she'll make her meet Dadi.
NK, Arnav and Akash, on NK's idea, decide to have some fun of their own while the ladies party downstairs. NK says they'll watch a horror movie!ROFL.ROFL
Dadi is sitting in front of the idol and wishing Shyam was here with Anjali too.
Payal, meanwhile, gets Garima there to meet Dadi. But once again, before Dadi can spot Garima, someone comes in front and she leaves. Payal tells Garima Dadi is very busy with work and she'll make them meet later.
Khushi gets a call from Arnav and she tells him she knows he was teasing her. Arnav says she still has a little red nose on her faceROFL.ROFL Khushi hands over the phone to Madhumati and Arnav gives his to NK immediately. Arnav and Akash decide to watch the fun. NK gets the shock of his life when he realises he is talking to MadhumatiROFL.ROFL
Anjali is happily sitting hugging her belly as people shower her with blessings. Dadi still hasn't spotted Garima. Anjali tells her baby that she is waiting for him/her to come and call her 'Ma' and she wants him/her to always stay with them. Some ladies comment on Shyam not being here putting the Rs in an awkward situation while Anjali gets a little upset. They gossip on how something must've gone wrong. Dadi tells Nani that this is what she meant since so many days; this is all Arnav's fault. Khushi asks Anjali about her medicines and gets water for her. Arnav comes down and overhears Dadi asking to call Shyam to shut everyone's mouths. Arnav makes it clear that Shyam is never going to come in that house again.
Precap: Arnav pleads Dadi to understand that just when they'd started forgetting the past 14 years, Shyam betrayed them all. Garima is overhearing all this.

27/8/2012 written updates 

Episode starts with Arnav asking Anjali where is she going and telling her, what do you think that I would let you go alone? Dadi comes there and says, whose going alone? Anjali has a sigh of relief. Dadi says, I am going with Anjali. Arnav says, okay then I will drop you both. Dadi says, no we will take another car. Arnav then calls driver and tells him to go with Dadi and Anjali. Arnav leaves. Anjali thanks Dadi. Dadi tells Anjali to drop her till temple. They also leave now.

Arnav and Khushi are in a hotel now. Khushi is in a black dress. Arnav looks at her and just keeps staring. Khushi confirms her reservation with a hotel stuff but he says, your reservation is for 25th and today it’s 24th. Arnav tells her, we will come tomorrow. Khushi says let me handle this and she asks hotel staff is they can’t give them 1 table. Staff says they are booked and it’s difficult. He starts walking but Khushi stops him and starts talking sweetly with him. She takes him on a side and says, I am giving treat to my future husband for the first time and if you do this then how will I show my face to him? She asks just for one table. Hotel staff says okay and finds her a table.

Arnav is about to sit but Khushi stops him and she pulls back his chair for him and then asks him to sit. They finally sit down. Khushi is looking at the menu. Arnav asks her, what are you doing? Khushi asks the waiter, don’t you have kabab here? Arnav says this is Italian restaurant. Khushi says, I know and I am asking for Italian Kabab. She then says that she was just kidding. Khushi is shocked seeing at the menu. Arnav says, I will help you. Khushi then tells the waiter to bring, no. 7. no.8 items.

Shyam and Anjali also enter the same restaurant now.

Break 1..

Arnav says, you know my favorite restaurant……… Khushi says, what the and stops him. She says very seriously, “when I am talking ‘don’t you dare’ to interfere”. Arnav laughs and says, okaaay. Khushi then says, I am trying to be like Mr. Arnav Singh Raizada. Arnav says what? Khushi says, not what.. what the.. She says when you can become like Khushi then why can’t I become like Arnav? When you can come to temple then I can also come for a date to expensive places like this.

Anjali and Shyam sit couple of tables far from Arnav & Khushi. Shyam gifts Anjali something for their baby. Anjali is worried as her godh bharai is on the same day as Khushi’s mehendi. Shyam says her not to worry and he will take care of everything.

Waiter serves food to Khushi and Arnav. Khushi asks him, why it’s only half plate? Did they eat other half? Arnav smiles and says it’s full plate. Khushi then eats and says it’s not good. Arnav says to her, what kind of date is this? We came before reservation date.. I was pulling chair for you but you pull my chair for me and now.. Khushi says, I ordered wrong food right? Arnav says, food that you don’t like. Khushi asks him, you don’t like this food either right? Arnav tells her to relax and says he will handle. Khushi says, I know but I ordered all this for you. Arnav then adds some salt or something and asks her to eat now. Khushi likes it now and says you again did this for me.. and what I did. Arnav tells her look there. Waiter comes with wine. Arnav tells her, I want you to drink wine. He says it’s just like grape juice. He then says, think it’s bhang and drink it. Khushi refuses but then in end drinks it for Arnav.

She says this is very good. I didn’t know it would taste this good. She then drinks whole glass in one shot. Waiter comes there and Khushi offers her glass for more. Waiter says, you liked kalakhatta that much? Khushi gets shocked and says what? She asks Arnav, you lied to me? That’s why I was wondering why this is like kala khatta. Arnav tells her, I won’t tell you anything to do that you don’t like or don’t want to do. You don’t need to be like me. Khushi says, but you did so much for me.. Arnav says I am doing all these .. mandir.. rituals .. because I don’t have any problem doing all those things and I am doing for you. He holds her hand and says, “I love you the way you are. You don’t need to change yourself.” Khushi says, Okay I won’t change myself. She then says, she has one more thing for him.

She goes to get that thing. She passes by Shyam and Anjali’s table and doesn’t see them. She comes with a champagne bottle now. Arnav tells her, but you don’t drink right? Khushi says so what.. you drink na. I have seen how they open bottle when there is big event. She then tries to open it. Arnav tells her, give me I will do it. Khushi says, no I know it. Arnav tells her to be careful as there is a specific way to open. Khushi opens it and the top part flies and hits someone’s glasses. Glasses break and fall in his food. That guy stands up and says what is all this? Waiter apologizes to him on Khushi’s behalf. Arnav also apologies to him and that guy finally calms down.

Khushi has tears in her eyes. Arnav then acts as Khushi and says I am doing all this for Arnav.. I don’t drink..etc… and now everything got messed up. They both laugh then. Khushi says, you are right everything messed up. Arnav says, well wherever Khushi is, dhamaka (blasts) will be there as well. Khushi says, are you making my fun? Arnav says, how can I make fun of you. They both again sit down.

Anjali opens gift that Shyam gave. It’s small bangles for their baby. Anjali drops it on floor and Shyam goes to pick them up. While he’s picking them up, he sees Arnav and Khushi.

Break 2..

Arnav and Khushi are going out and Shyam sees them. He hides and tells Anjali to hide as well.

Khushi tells Arnav, I didn’t pay the bills. Arnav says, relax, I paid everything. Khushi says, but it was for you from me. Arnav says, it’s okay and they leave.

Shyam and Anjali have a relief. Anjali says, I think we should leave now. Shyam says, they left now, don’t worry. Anjali says, what if Arnav calls me? Shyam says, not now.. after 10 minutes. Anjali then asks about tomorrow. Shyam says, I will come. Shyam then says in his mind, It’s already late and I can’t delay what I have planned to do. He says, tomorrow I will be allowed to enter Raizada house and then I will be able to take care of you better.

It’s morning now. Arnav is working on his laptop and some workers are decorating their house. NK is explaining workers what to do in his own messed up hindi. Aakash comes and corrects his hindi. Shyam is also there being of the workers.

They show Shyam and Episode ends.

Precap: Garima and Buaji arrive at Raizada house. Garima asks Manorama, where is Dadi? Manorama says, come in, I will take you to her. Dadi is helping Anjali in her godh bharai preparations and Manorama is taking Garima to Dadi.

24/8/2012 written updates 

Episode starts with Anjali coming out of her room to look for Shyam but NK sees her and asks her what is she doing outside her room when doctor told her to rest. Anjali asks him where is Dadi. NK says she’s drinking tea downstairs with everyone. At the same time, Dadi comes upstairs and tells Anjali that she is going to her room and will talk later. Anjali gets worried. NK takes her back to her room and asks her to rest. He leaves to get milk for Anjali.

Dadi comes to her room and Shyam hides behind the curtains.

Payal calls Khushi and tells her that Anjali’s godh-bharai is on same day as Khushi’s mehendi. Garima is ready to leave. Buaji asks her if she called at Arnav’s house. Garima says that she tried but Arnav didn’t pick up. Buaji then tells Khushi to give Garima phone.

Break 1..

In news, they say all trains are cancelled and it will take at least 2 to 3 days for train services to start again. Garima says, now I will have to go in bus. Buaji says, have you gone mad? You will take Khushi’s father in bus? Khushi tells her mother, may be God also wants you to attend my marriage. Khushi is happy now but Garima is tensed. Buaji tells Khushi that you’re very lucky.. for your happiness Arnav can do anything. Khushi says she will be right back and goes somewhere.

Dadi’s room. Shyam is hiding behind the curtains. Dadi says, next time don’t forget your phone, damadji. Shyam comes out now. Anjali also comes to Dadi’s room and watching them. Shyam takes blessings from Dadi. Anjali is shocked and asks you and Dadi together? Shyam tells her, remember you told me once that if there is anyone in this house who can understand us then it’s Dadi and here she is. Dadi is smiling. Dadi tells Anjali , Shyam found me and told me everything that happened here. He told me whatever happened here was a big misunderstanding and I felt like coming here for you. Anjali gets emotional and happy. She hugs Dadi. Dadi says her, so you know now your Shyam loves you so much. Anjali says, I know he loves me a lot. Dadi says, and soon whole family will find that out, I will make them realize that Shyam is a very good husband and a person. Dadi tells them that she will fulfill her promise. Shyam says that he only wants Anjali to be happy. Shyam then asks her what doctor said. Anjali says, I am fine and doctor told me that I don’t need to take medicines that I was taking. Shyam is not happy as he had changed those medicines and now doctor said Anjali doesn’t need to take them. Anjali then tells him that Arnav could be coming here anytime and Shyam should leave. Dadi also says that its not good to meet like this and instead they should go out somewhere. Dadi says, I only want Anjali’s and Arnav’s happiness. She tells Shyam about Anjali’s godh-bharai and says it will be good occasion for Shyam to come here. Dadi leaves now.

Anjali tells Shyam that she can’t believe.. there is someone in this house to support them. She tells him to come back home fast. They hug now. Shyam says to himself, poor Dadi, you couldn’t find out my real intentions. I only brought you in this house so I can come back in this house through you. If you think, everyone will accept me because of this godh-bharai rasam, then you’re mistaken. I will use you when I will do the biggest blast in this house, that time I will need you to be with me. He looks at Anjali and speaks in his mind, because what I am going to do now is very dangerous and everyone will be shocked. And they won’t have any other option beside calling me back in this house and that time they will agree with you (Dadi). Dadi comes back and tells Shyam to leave from back door. Shyam tells Anjali, we will meet in evening at the same place we decided. Shyam leaves.

At Khushi’s house. She’s counting money and says it’s her turn to do something for Arnav now. She says, I didn’t have I am this rich and she calls Arnav.

She asks Arnav, Mr. Arnav Singh Raizada what are you doing after two hours? Arnav says, I have a video conference. Khushi says, no.. after 2 hours you’re meeting me in this hotel. And she disconnects.

She calls him again and this time she talks calmly. She asks, you will come na? Arnav says, of course.

Break 2..

Arnav comes home to get ready. Arnav is choosing clothes and NK asks him, you have big date today or what? Arnav says yes. NK asks with who? Arnav says, with Khushi obviously.

Anjali and Shyam are also going to same hotel.

Arnav’s full bed is with his black coats. NK asks him, don’t you have any coats in other color? Arnav then picks up a dark grayish coat and shows him, here it is. Nk says, you should borrow clothes from me. Arnav stares at him. NK says, relax.. You won’t be able to handle my style and you should stick with black color. NK leaves from there.

Arnav sees Anjali going somewhere. Anjali says that she is going to invite some of her friends for godh-bharai. Arnav says, I will drop you. Anjali refuses but Arnav says that he will drop her. He then asks where is she going and then says it’s in my way.. Let’s go. He says, how you thought that I would let you go alone this late. Dadi comes and says, who said she is going alone?

Episode ends..

Precap: Shyam and Anjali are in a hotel. Khushi and Arnav are there as well and Shyam sees them.

23-08-2012 Written Update 

Episode starts with Shyam giving medicines to Anjali. He remembers how he had changed medicines. Anjali says she made something for their baby and she plans to show that to Shyam but at the same time, someone rings the door bell. Shyam and Anjali get worried. Shyam says to Anjali, you told me everyone went to temple right. Anjali says, yes they did but I didn’t know they will be back this fast.
At the door, everyone is wondering why no one is opening. At least servant should have been at home. Payal then says that she got an extra key. Inside home, Anjali says what if they have keys. Shyam says don’t worry, it could be someone else. He goes upstair and Payal opens the door. Anjali says that she came to open door just now. Payal says don’t worry, I had extra key. Anjali is sweating and Manorama asks her what happened. Anjali changes topic and asks where is Arnav. Aakash says, he went to office for some work. Dadi then sees two cups of tea and asks if any guest came. Anjali says, first time it was not good so I made again. And then Anjali says that she is not feeling well. Aakash is about to call doctor but Anjali says no need for doctor. They take Anjali to her room.
Anjali is very worried and searching for Shyam. Shyam signals her that he will manage. Anjali tells everyone that she will sleep now so everyone leaves the room.
Break 1..
At Khushi’s house, Garima is telling Khushi’s father that she can’t go in front of Dadi. She says the mistake that she did is in front of her today. She says that she didn’t want to lie back then and doesn’t want to lie this time either. She says, Khushi is my sister’s daughter but I loved her like my real daughter and today, I am ready to do anything for her happiness no matter for that if we have to…. Khushi’s father moves his hand and says he understands. Buaji and Khushi are back to home now. Khushi calls Garima out. Garima comes out and takes out the bags and says she is going somewhere. Buaji asks where. Garima says there is a camp outside Lucknow and she is going there for a week. They have cured many patients like Khushi’s father. Buaji says this is good but why don’t you understand.. it’s Khushi’s marriage. Garima tells Khushi, I can’t miss this big opportunity. Khushi says, I understand.
At Raizada house. Anjali is thinking about calling Shyam and she wonders what if Dadi goes to her room as Shyam is hiding in Dadi’s room. Everyone has gone to drink tea but still Anjali is worried. Anjali says this is the right time to take Shyam out of Dadi’s room and she goes there.
As soon as she opens the door, she sees Payal with a doctor. Payal takes Anjali back inside her room. Dadi finds some phone on the floor.
In Dadi’s room, Shyam thinks about calling Anjali but he doesn’t have his phone.
At Khushi’s house. Buaji says she also wants to see Khushi’s father normal as before. She then says she will go with him as Khushi’s mother should be in her marriage. Garima says, no and says that she must stay with Khushi’s father. Khushi then says that she will tell Arnav to postpone the marriage. Garima says that she doesn’t want Khushi’s marriage to be postponed. Khushi is sad as her parents won’t be in her marriage. Buaji says, I am there na.. why are you getting sad? Buaji tells Garima, before you go at least meet Arnav’s family. Dadi was upset as she couldn’t meet you. Garima says she can’t meet as she has train in the evening. Buaji says then at least call her. Garima says, ok but before that let me pack my bags.
At Raizada house. Doctor asks Anjali if she’s taking care of herself. Anjali says, I am taking medicines regularly that you gave. Doctor says but they have no effect on you and asks her to stop taking those medicines. Doctor says, in fact you look weaker than before and says she will give her new medicines. Doctor then tells everyone to keep Anjali as happy as possible. Doctor leaves. Anjali is searching for Shyam. Payal asks Anjali if she wants anything. Anjali says no and Payal leaves.
Break 2..
Everyone in living room. Dadi says that doctor is right. We should keep her happy. Dadi then says that they should do Anjali’s godh bharai rasam. Nani says that she thinks they should keep both Khushi’s mehendi’s rasam and Anjali’s godh bharai rasam together. Nani says that way Anjali will be very happy. Nani then tells Payal to tell her parents and buaji.
At Khushi’s house. Khushi is sad and sitting alone. Garima comes there and asks her to take off her earings. She then gives her new ones and Khushi is happy now. Garima says that her mother gave her and she wanted to give them to Khushi on her marriage day but.. Khushi says, don’t worry I will wear them in my marriage. Garima says that she is happy because Khushi found very nice guy. Garima then asks Khushi to promise her that she won’t be sad in her marriage. Khushi promises her. Garima says, you look like your mother in this earings, very beautiful. They hug and episode ends.
Precap: NK asks Anjali, why are you looking so worried? Anjali then asks where is Dadi. NK says she is downstairs. Anjali then sees Dadi going to her room and gets worried.
